1. When making a Booking, you agree to the applicable conditions, displayed during the booking process.

2. In the case of cancellation of the reservation or no-show, the extra cost of cancellation / no-show and any refund will depend on the respective conditions of the rate and services booked.

3. Some bookings cannot be canceled for free, while others can only be canceled for free before a deadline (depending on the rate type and conditions applied).

4. If you are concerned that you will not arrive on time, please contact us and let us know when you plan to arrive so that your booking will not be canceled. In case of delay, we will not be responsible for the consequences (for example the cancellation of the reservation or any extra costs that may be charged).

5. As the person making the Booking, you are responsible for the actions and behavior (in relation to the Travel Experience) of all members of the group. You are also responsible for obtaining their consent before providing us with their personal data.
