The space
There is a small corner of Turin where time seems to slow down, among Liberty-style façades, quiet courtyards, and charming details.

The apartment is located in the Cit Turin district, one of Turin’s most fascinating and recognizable residential areas.

This neighborhood is famous for its Art Nouveau architecture: as you walk around, you’ll discover floral details, decorated façades, wrought iron, curved balconies, and buildings that look like little urban gems.

The apartment is arranged over two levels and has been carefully designed with great attention to style, functionality, and comfort.

The furnishings, selected by an interior design studio, create a warm and contemporary atmosphere: perfect for a romantic getaway, a business trip, or a few days spent discovering the city.

Here you’ll find a French-size bed, 140x190 cm, comfortable for one person and also suitable for two guests.

The bedroom also features a smart TV, open wardrobe space, a small balcony, and an en-suite bathroom.

The bathroom is complete with sink, toilet, bidet, and shower. You’ll find clean towels and practical dispensers with shampoo and body wash, so you can travel light and not worry about anything.

The true gem of the home is the small outdoor area, furnished with two armchairs and a little table.
It overlooks the peaceful inner courtyard, framed by plants and ivy: a simple yet special space, perfect for a morning coffee, a reading break, or an aperitivo at sunset under the Turin sky.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is arranged over two levels connected by an internal spiral staircase. For this reason, it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility, children, or anyone who has difficulty with narrow stairs.

Parking in the area is on the street, with paid blue-line parking according to municipal regulations.

Out of respect for the neighbors and the quiet atmosphere of the building, we kindly ask guests to keep their voices low in the common areas and to avoid loud noises or behavior that could disturb others, especially in the evening and at night.

Walking around the area, you’ll discover floral details, decorated façades, wrought iron, curved balconies, and buildings that feel like little urban jewels.

Among the most representative buildings in the area are Casa Fenoglio-Lafleur, considered one of the masterpieces of Turin’s Art Nouveau style, Palazzo della Vittoria, also known as the House of Dragons, and Villino Raby.
